Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon)

European Union

We offer international shipping to EU member countries. Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if this occurs, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

International orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Click & Collect (if applicable)

If available, customers may choose Click & Collect at checkout. Orders will be ready for pickup within the same processing time. A valid ID or order confirmation is required for collection.
