1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Earrings or jewellery that passes through piercings

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

4. Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nmboutiquebyrinaluna@gmail.com with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible.
9. International Returns
International customers (including EU orders) may return eligible items following the same process.
